At Noola, our priority is your satisfaction. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Below you'll find details on our return process and policies.
Common Return Reasons and Resolutions
Defective Product or Quality Concerns For items that arrive with defects or quality issues, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Wrong Shade Ordered If you received the wrong shade and we made the mistake, we will send you a replacement for free. If you ordered the wrong shade yourself and your order has already been fulfilled, we are unable to offer a free replacement or refund.
Changed Your Mind Should you no longer want the item, you can return or exchange it within 30 days, but the shipping cost for the return will be at your expense.
Incorrect or Missing Item If we sent you the wrong product or something was missing from your package, we will send out a replacement at no charge.
Damaged Parcel Upon Arrival If your package arrives damaged, we will replace the item for you at no cost.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate to avoid delays or missed deliveries.
Other Issues For any other concerns, please reach out to us and we will work with you to find a resolution.
How to Return Your Order
If you need to return all or part of your order, here's how to proceed:
- Contact Us: Send an email to info@noolaskin.com within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Approval & Return Address: Our team will confirm whether your return is accepted and provide you with the return address. Please note: if we don't receive a response within 14 days after approval, the return will be cancelled.
- Prepare Your Return: Pack the product(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and materials received.
- Ship the Return: Send the item(s) back to the address provided and share the tracking information with our team.
- Refund Process: Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 working days through your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Pre-orders.
- Items that have been used or are no longer in their original condition.
- Promotional Items (including Buy One Get One Free deals): You may return promotional items but are limited to a maximum of two items per order.
Products Damaged in Transit
If your item was damaged during shipping:
- Take clear photos of the damage and the product label on a flat surface.
- Email these photos along with a description to info@noolaskin.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
We will send you a replacement item free of charge. If a second issue arises, we will process a full refund.
